For those who have decided that this is the year to get in shape, Pastor Michael Moore has outlined the plan. Beginning on Wednesday, May 25th, at 6:30 pm, Pastor Mike will begin his Health & Wellness teachings on the six pillars of health: Stress Reduction, Substance Victory, Sleep, Physical Movement, Nutrition Wisdom and Relationships. The sessions will run until June 29th, in person and on Zoom.
